A new ladies organization, OOO held its first Mardi Gras ball in 2020, and this will be the group's first-ever parade.

The group's web site says, "Seeing a need for diversity and nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions.

"We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community of beautiful goddesses."

As we wrote in the 2021 issue of Mobile Mask magazine, the President of OOO said that "diversity" means exactly what you think it means. "The organization currently has Black and white members," the Mask wrote. "That does not make OOO unique, but it's still a small club."

For this year, Olympia has its own parade permit and a new parade day and time - after the Order of LaShe's on Valentine's Day, February 14.

The OOO theme this year was Goddess Gaia. There were six floats, rented from the Conde Cavaliers. Grand Marshal was Marty Graw. Costumes were by Roma Etheridge.
